The current scholarships are on a first come first served basis and will apply towards registration.

Where can I catch a ride?

We suggest booking flights in and out of Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP). Our designated hotel will be able to pick up and drop off at the MSP airport. Please contact the hotel directly to make any arrangements.

SEAL2017 Staff will only provide shuttling to and from the designated hotel to the conference site.

How do refunds work?

The full amount paid minus any credit card processing fee for registration will be refunded according to the sliding scale below with the exception of the "Early Bird" registration. "Early Bird" fees/monies are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Sliding scale for refunds on regularly priced fees:

·       100% - 5 months prior

·       75% - 4 months prior

·       50% - 3 months prior

·       25% - 2 months prior

·       No refund a month prior to start of the Summit

 

All cancellations must be sent in writing via e-mail to the Conference Registrar.

Exhibitors: Refunds of exhibit spaces are given only if the cancelled space is filled by another exhibitor.

SEAC is not responsible for problems beyond our control such as weather conditions, campus / lodging conditions, etc. No refunds will be given in these situations. The final decision on refunds rests with the SEALS Committee.

SEALS is a place where inspiration thrives, lives are shared, and friendships are built. At your average summit you can immerse yourself in an environment of prayer, worship and learning. Each day we will spend time in prayer and worship as well as choose from a variety of workshops to grow your leadership.
